Vremco offers property inspection services through our local partners. Depending on the agreement, Vremco can schedule inspections with the tenant and inspection reports will be sent to you as the property owner and provide video and 3D Tour updates.
Payment processing and disbursement procedures depend on the client’s operating structure and software platform. VREMCO can provide administrative support with payment tracking, reporting and related workflows according to the client’s established procedures.
VREMCO can assist with preparing client-approved lease forms, entering approved terms, coordinating electronic signatures, tracking completion and maintaining documentation. Lease terms, approvals and decisions remain the responsibility of the property owner, Property Manager or other authorized party.
We have a large team of local realtors, so we can assist in the listing and selling of your property along with the services of a local, licensed Realtor.
We advise that the rent be based on the market value of the property, based on similar/like homes in the area that have leased recently. That being said, the rent price will ultimately be decided by you, the property owner, but we will provide our recommendation based on a list of comparable homes (CMA: Comparative Market Analysis) in your area and their prices that we will provide to you.
Late fees shall apply according to the lease, and local eviction procedures will be processed according to the lease agreement, unless you, the property owner, advises otherwise. In that case we will act on your behalf.
